Designed a 360° fitness and training strategy that included nutrition, strength, cardio, flexibility, and agility on an individual basis. Each client's program was determined by his or her age, weight, and physical fitness level with an emphasis on goal setting to ensure continued involvement in the program.
Clients included ...professional athletes (baseball players Steve and David Gibraltar, basketball player Greg Ostertag, Football Hall of Fame player James Lofton); an Air Force Academy graduate, people with handicaps, Special Olympians, men and women wanting to stay in shape, people with physical injuries, and pregnant women.
